Here you will find all our short decision reports from our board and directors meetings.


2025 focus:

  • LinkedIn focus on transparency ❌

  • Facebook and Instagram videos and better landing pages to drive active leads and owner signups ❌

  • Look into African startups. First out Kenya (English and Swahili). Setup swim presentation app for the January ISSA meeting and pitch cooperation based on this ❌

  • Owner support directly on the app and support chat implementation ✅

  • Fix current pain points for owners ✅

  • Improve and implement the app missing parts (ie owner currently cannot register/un-register or move customers and such) ❌

  • Collect more users and feed-back ✅


2025-12-19

Most importantly: Frederik and Alexander steps out of the project and are no longer owners 😢

Johan and Asser will keep the project running for the time being.


SoMe and video is non-existing. News mails only go out from KeepTrack


ISSA completely ghosted us after the initial talks. No contact currently.


Work load: Asser close to zero (as agreed), Johan a lot in relation to KeepTrack


The app has been vastly improved in order to take on KeepTrack customers.

All KeepTrack customers will move to the app no later than Q2 2026 (half have already moved).

Leads are unchanged but mainly without any outspoken interest. We have a couple of warm leads who are on the platform but not yet utilizing it.

We now accept around 25 European payment methods through QuickPay.


The app is still open for companies and users to grab in its original form.


On-Courze revenue: Zero!

KeepTrack revenue: Good!

  • Much better to explain our business and what we do

    • First you need to be able to describe what the business is (the descriptor)

      • Example: "It's online booking, but handled 100% from a smart phone"

    • Second you need to be able to describe what the business does (the pitch)

      • Example: "You know how time consuming it is to manage your customers and their payments? We fix that!"

Video Production and SoMe ads:

  • Video production: Early March with Frederik (and Storm). Targeting Coaches and PT's in the first versions. Lead: Frederik

  • Facebook and Instagram: Lead generation ad starting early this week (today). Lead: Alexander


Technical updates

  • Several UX/UI updates, and bug fixes in the app ✅

  • Direct marketing and personal contact to our existing owners (Centrum, ActingCoach, Coaching, UnitedEco, TheNow) and hot leads (2 driving schools) is ongoing ✅

  • VIP function prepared, owner can cancel registrations, UI options expanded, several technical and security updates behind the scenes ✅

  • Email upgrade is still ongoing ($ paid function)


Beachhead leads and marketing:

  • Organisations: ISSA, Svenska Simförbundet, and other organisations will be approached

  • Frederik 'sold' our services to a US coach ✅

  • Johan 'sold' our services to a Swedish coach ✅

  • The long running FB ad has been stopped 🚫

Technical updates

  • Several UX/UI updates, and bug fixes in the app ✅

  • Johan and Asser has implemented and are running Chatwoot when owners are logged in and on Guardians https://guardians.on-courze.app/en-US/person

  • Direct marketing and personal contact to our existing owners and leads is ongoing ✅

  • Activities now have a copy function for speedier handling of new activities ✅

  • Email upgrade is ongoing


Beachhead leads and marketing:

  • Organisations: ISSA, Svenska Simförbundet, and other organisations will be approached. Unfortunately ISSA ghosted as completely on their January workshop in Finland :(

  • Last week Johan has held a 20 min. session in Copenhagen for investors about On-Courze as a fully transparent company - Good interest from the ~20 participants ✅

  • Frederik has talks with a US coach about utilizing our services

  • Coaches, PT's, and Driving schools in focus on SoMe and website

  • After the meeting Johan initiated talks with two new driving schools - Both were very interested ✅

  • We have improved CTA and FAQ on app website

  • Production: ASAP with Alexander and Storm

  • Targeting Coaches and PT's in the first versions

  • Johan will setup Coaching app ASAP

  • Lead: Frederik and Alexander


Status updates

  • Several UI updates in the app

  • Asser has found fully fledged chatbot for our support to owners. Johan and Asser will implement ASAP

  • Directed marketing and contact to our existing owners is ongoing

  • Asser will investigate therapists use of their dedicated therapy application (which is Danish and very comprehensive) https://terapeutbooking.dk


Beachhead leads and marketing:

  • Organisations: ISSA, Svenska, Simförbundet, and other organisations will be approached

  • On-Courze as a fully transparent company has traction and interest among CXO's and founders.

  • Coaches, PT's, and Driving schools in focus on SoMe and website
